The work of the student is graded by their instructors and overseen by the Dean of Academia.   At the end of each semester a final grade is reported to the office for their transcript.

 

The grading scale is as follows:

 

• Over 100 A+ Excellent      4.00

• 96 – 100 A                         4.00

• 90 – 95 A-                          3.70

• 86 – 89 B+                         3.30

• 84 -- 86 B Good                 3.00

• 80 – 83 B-                          2.70

• 77 – 79 C+                         2.30

• 74 – 76 C Satisfactory        2.00

• 70 – 73 C-                          1.70

• 67 – 69 D+                         1.30

• 64 – 66 D Passing              1.00

• 60 – 63 D- .                          .70

• NC    - 59 or below (class must be taken again to receive credit for the course).

• WH   - Work must be completed according to the teachers instructions.

• NGR - Grade not submitted.

 

If all requirements (see Eligibility Requirements below) have been met:

• Class grades as well as Cumulative GPA's will be released within 1 month of the end of each semester.

• Official transcripts will be sent when requested.

Final Grades, GPA & Transcript Eligibility Requirements

All TOLIBS tuition and fees must be paid current, in order to receive one (or all) of the following:

• Final class grade 

• Course GPA 

• TOLIBS Official Transcript
